We were invited to take part in the County Rounds of the U11 Boys’ In2Hockey competition at Worksop College yesterday. Despite going into the competition knowing we were a very young and inexperienced team, we had a fantastic afternoon and learnt a lot about competitive hockey.

A particular well done to Mordecai for some outstanding defending and well done to the 3 attackers who all had a shot on goal. Zach played very well in goal and saved a number of goals off the line.
Considering we were playing Year 6 teams, Hollygirt pupils did themselves proud and kept going, never letting their heads go down.
