As Extinction Rebellion campaigners were out on their bikes in Nottingham this morning, here at Hollygirt we put our own thoughts about the environment into action.
The Junior School Eco Club created some anti-idling posters which will be displayed outside school soon. Club members have also agreed to litter pick each week to help keep our immediate environment clean and tidy. Thank you to the Friends of Hollygirt for buying us some litter pickers.
In Senior School, Abigail (Year 9) was super keen to support action against climate change and had a fantastic discussion with Mrs Howlett and friends about it.
