Growing up brings big questions. Through Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE), we give pupils a safe and thoughtful space to explore them.

Lessons help pupils understand themselves, make informed choices and develop the practical skills they’ll need beyond school. As part of this curriculum, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) supports pupils in recognising what safe, healthy and respectful relationships look and feel like.

Learning is broad, balanced and appropriate for each age group. We use evidence-based resources from the PSHE Association and follow all current government guidance, helping us approach sensitive subjects with care, clarity and honesty.

A continuing conversation

PSHE and RSE work best when school and home can talk openly. We review our curriculum materials and policies every year, with feedback from parents and carers forming an important part of that process.

Families are encouraged to explore our RSE learning resources and understand what pupils will be discussing at each stage. Our PSHE and RSE policies can be found in the Policies section of the website.
