Come and pay us a visit

Choosing the right school is a big decision, and the best way to discover whether Hollygirt feels right is to experience it for yourself. Join us for an Open Morning, book a personal tour or let your child spend time with us at a Taster Day - meet our pupils and teachers, explore the school and see what makes our small, supportive community so special.

Open Mornings

Step inside Hollygirt and experience the school as it really is. Explore our classrooms, discover our creative and welcoming learning spaces, hear from our Headteacher and meet the pupils and teachers who make our community so special. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, learn more about our personal approach and see everyday school life in action. It’s a relaxed and friendly opportunity to get a genuine feel for Hollygirt and begin to imagine your child feeling happy, confident and at home here.

Our Next Open Morning is on the 12th of September 2026 - book your place below.

A personal tour

Every child is different, so every visit should be too.

We’ll shape your personal tour around what matters most to your child and your family, whether you want to understand our approach to learning, explore particular subjects or discover how we help every pupil feel happy, supported and confident. You’ll have time with our Headteacher and Admissions Manager to ask questions, talk openly about your child’s interests and needs, and get to know us properly.

As you explore the school, you’ll meet members of our community, visit our classrooms and see an ordinary Hollygirt day unfolding around you - helping you picture your child learning, growing and feeling genuinely at home here.

Taster experiences

Sometimes, the best way to understand a school is to become part of it. A Taster Day gives your child the opportunity to step into life at Hollygirt, join lessons, meet future classmates and experience the warmth and rhythm of an ordinary school day for themselves.

From answering that first question in the classroom to chatting with other pupils between lessons, they’ll discover how learning feels here and what makes our community so welcoming. It’s a chance to explore their interests, try something new and begin building the confidence and connections that can make starting a new school feel exciting.

By the end of the day, your child won’t simply have visited Hollygirt - they’ll have experienced what it could feel like to belong here.
